Help/Contact Us Welcome to the Constitutional Law for a Changing America online case archive! This new case archive offeres more than 200 cases mentioned or referenced in the text's commentary. What's more, Epstein and Walker have excerpted these supporting cases so you can count on consistency from case to case and be confident that each decision has been edited with great sensitivity. Following the same format as those appearing in the printed text, archived cases will present the justices' votes, a summary of case facts, and a carefully edited version of the justices’ opinions. Navigating This Site To find an excerpted, supplemental case users can choose to either: Browse by Topic—following the organization of the book’s table of contents, users can look up cases by topic (chapter title). If a user clicks on the cover of Rights, Liberties, and Justice or Institutional Powers and Constraints they will be sent automatically to the Browse by Topic page. The cover of A Short Course links to a selected list of cases from the recent Supreme Court term that supplements this current edition. When this volume is released in a new edition (October 2004), this cover will link to its respective Browse by Topic page. or Browse by Case Name—organized in alphabetical order, users simply click on a letter at the top of the page and scroll to find a particular case.
